The spotlight of Cibus Connecting Italy 2023 will turn on Blonde D'Aquitaine meat and its sustainable supply chain in a workshop with the extraordinary participation of Davide Oldani. Aimed at journalists, the event will take place on 30 March at 10:30 am at the stand of 'Blonde d'Aquitaine: European Beef Excellence', the three-year project, co-financed by the European Commission under Reg. (EU) 1144/2014, promoted by Asprocarne Piemonte and France Blonde d'Aquitaine Sélection and aimed at enhancing the value of this renowned breed of cattle.
