Assica: discussing the future of Italian cured meats

On 9 May, in the context of Cibus 2024, a conference in the presence of industry experts

'Italian delicatessen and the challenges for the future, between the uncertainties of international trade and rising production costs'. This is the theme of the conference promoted by Assica in view of the next edition of Cibus (read EFA News). The event will be held at Fiere di Parma, next 9 May, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

The conference aims to carry out a careful analysis of the situation of the Italian charcuterie sector, including an examination of the current international economic scenario, the evolution of financial markets, consumption data and the results of the unpublished research carried out by Ismea on the distribution of value within the national pig supply chain. Assica intends to propose its own vision of the future of the sector, confronting the opinion of authoritative interlocutors.
