The Assembly of Assocarni, the meat association adhering to Confindustria, was held today 5 May 2023, which elected the President Serafino Cremonini and the Presidency team for the period 2023-2025. In particular, the following were elected:
Serafino Cremonini, of INALCA S.p.A President of the Association; while the following Vice Presidents were elected: Elena Angiolini Massironi delegate to the SME transformation sector – MASSIRONI CARNI Srl; Piero Camilli delegates to the Sheep sector – I.L.C.O. Srl; Giampiero Carozza delegates to the Poultry sector – GES.CO SCA Gruppo Amadori; Paulo De Waal delegates white meat to the veal sector – ZOOGAMMA Spa; Claudio Formento delegates the Beef Cattle sector – M.E.C. Spas; Antonio Montanari delegates to the production chain sector – MARTINI ALIMENTARI Srl; Claudio Palladi delegates to the Foreign Trade sector – RIGAMONTI SALUMIFICIO Spa.
The new President also appointed Marta Caprioli of Inalca S.p.A. managing director for international relations.

The President-elect is confident that the reorganization will make the association more efficient at a time of great challenges that we must be able to grasp, increasingly focusing on an integrated supply chain model and sustainable and distinctive production".
