Ireland, it is known, is a magical land famous for its vast green expanses and high cliffs caressed by the northern breeze and the Atlantic Ocean; here animals are free to graze and man still lives in harmony with nature. Watching over them is St. Patrick, the patron saint known and celebrated all over the world on 17 March, and to whom Bord Bia - the Emerald Isle's food & beverage promotion body - dedicates a week of culinary events from 10 to 17 March, in Milan and beyond, in collaboration with Tourism Ireland and JRE-Italy.
