The numbers of the 22nd edition exceed all previous events. All sold out for the reference exhibition for the made-in-Italy agrifood sector scheduled in Parma from 7 to 10 May
Everything is sold out at Cibus 2024 (Parma, 7-10 May), the reference event for the made-in-Italy agrifood sector, the result of the consolidated collaboration between Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare. This year’s 22nd edition will surpass all others in terms of number of exhibitors (more than 3,000 brands and a waiting list of 600 companies) and the presence of buyers from Italian and international large-scale distribution - to date more than 1,000 already registered - from markets such as the United States, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. 2024 will also be the year of the Asean area countries, with the return of China, the great absentee during the pandemic, and an important delegation from Japan.
An exhibition that is increasingly a symbol of Italian agro-foods, which is also active on the world stage, with a strategy that aims to create what Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma, defines as «a system of national and international alliances that consolidates Italian and European agro-foods as a reference point for conscious and sustainable consumption at global level. Our events guarantee an itinerary that is not only fair but experiential, designed to accompany markets, even those far away, towards our food model. The finalisation of the partnership with Koelnmesse is part of this strategy».
