Cibus Tec Forum 2022 will open on Tuesday 25 October in Parma, the two-day event organized by Koeln Parma Exhibitions, a joint venture between Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse
An exhibition-event in which the future of the food and food tec sector will be discussed and the most recent and efficient made in Italy food technologies will be previewed, with the possibility of touching them firsthand, thanks to more than one hundred top companies present with their innovative solutions.
Twenty-five events - including conferences and thematic workshops - which aim to clarify the changes underway in food processing and packaging and analyze the new trends in the food industrial process that will impact the choices and habits of the consumer of the future.
In the four conferences that will be held in the Plenary Room, which will see the participation of representatives of Industry, Agriculture, Distribution, Research and the political world, we will talk about digitization (the most recent data on the digitalization of the food and food tec sector will be previewed) , sustainability, food security, globalization and ecological transition, innovative materials and circular economy (see attached program).
There will also be numerous thematic detailed workshops, ranging from new health trends to innovations related to logistics, and more (see attached program).
The event will also feature a start-up area dedicated to innovative companies and technological partners recently present on the market, as well as demonstration areas that will take us directly to the most technologically advanced plants.
