The initiative returns on 7-8, 14-15 and 21-22 September
The spotlight will be on the 27th edition of the Parma Ham Festival, scheduled to take place in Langhirano from 6 to 8 September. Kicking off the celebrations will be, on Friday evening starting at 6.30 p.m., Luca Pappagallo, a beloved web and TV chef, together with some members of Parma Calcio, another excellence of the Emilian city. On Saturday and Sunday there will be a succession of show cooking, tastings, entertainment and, above all, the initiative that everyone eagerly awaits, Finestre Aperte (Open Windows).
