Blue crab, you are cooked!

In the summer of Romagna, fishermen launch the challenge with new flavours of the sea and green and blue novel food

From fried seaweed to spaghetti topped with blue crab sauce. But also Romagna clam and Romagna mussel characterized by a specific collective brand. These are some of the gastronomic innovations that will land on the tables of Romagna (and beyond) starting from the summer and for the next few months. Old and new flavours, delicacies to discover (or rediscover). These are the objectives of the campaign to promote and valorise fish products from Emilia-Romagna, which was presented today, Monday 27 May, on board the Motonave Bella Rimini, by Legacoop Agroalimentare and Cooperativa Casa del Pescatore of Cattolica, in collaboration Ecomondo, Legacoop Emilia-Romagna and with the fishermen of the Consorzio Pescatori di Goro (Co.Pe.Go), Cooperativa la Vela, Cooperativa pescatori di Cervia, Casa del pescatore of Cesenatico and Cooperativa Lavoratori del Mare of Rimini.
