Culatello di Zibello is back in the spotlight at Tramonto DiVino, the taste tour dedicated to wine and food of certified quality (PDO and PGI) that will stop off in Milano Marittima on Friday 19 July. A special event considering how the first appointment on the Riviera - after the preview in Modigliana last 28 June - will have a special focus on regional Gin and Spirits. And within the combination of cocktails and food, the ‘King’ of cured meats could not be missing, namely Culatello di Zibello Dop, which, through the Protection Consortium, will be present in Milano Marittima, right in the centre, with a dedicated tasting.
