On Monday 18 March, the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Crudo di Cuneo was one of the absolute protagonists at the Regio Theatre in Turin, the venue for the sixth edition of 'La Prima dell'Alta Langa 2024', the great tasting of Alta Langa wines currently on the market and reserved for an audience of professional operators. Official partner of the event, the Consortium provided its own cortador who sliced three Crudo di Cuneo Dop hams with a knife throughout the day. The event sold out with the participation of over 1,500 trade operators and journalists.
