From 29 September to 1 October, in Piazza del Popolo, demonstrations and in-depth talks on Piemontese beef
Preparations are in full swing for the first edition of 'MEATING: di cotte e di crude - Percorsi di bovina bovina Piemontese', the new event conceived and realised by the Fondazione Ente Manifestazioni di Savigliano (Savigliano Foundation) which will take place on Friday 29th, Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October in Piazza del Popolo. Over the three days, there will be numerous opportunities to discover the unique characteristics of Piedmontese beef and its many uses in the kitchen. Among the many initiatives planned, there are the meetings and show-cooking sessions that will be organised in a special area of the exhibition route and in which chefs, butchers, experts and nutritionists will be the protagonists, in order to involve the visitor in the world of Piedmontese beef and accompany him, step by step, to taste experiences and informative moments.
