Capp Plast redistributes the financial savings of this result with its employees
"Every accident is a defeat for everyone and an unacceptable social as well as human cost, which must be brought down with investment and everyone's full attention. In the past year, despite all the difficulties, we have seen a decrease in the number of accidents and in the average duration per accident, and this has led to an improvement for people and a saving in company costs. We chose to redistribute that cost saving and decided to implement the amount to be paid to all employees employed in the form of a purchase bonus".
