Prosciutto San Daniele PDO: Nicola Martelli is the new President of the Consortium

At its first meeting on 30 April, the new Board of Directors of the Prosciutto di San Daniele Consortium, elected by the assembly on 16 April, appointed Nicola Martelli as President of the Consortium. Martelli, 45-year-old managing director of the company Martelli il 27 S.r.l., succeeds Giuseppe Villani, president since 2015, and will remain in office for the next three years.
