The eagerly awaited appointment with the excellence of the national pork and charcuterie tradition begins with a return to its origins, from 21 to 23 October at the Spigaroli brothers' Antica Corte Pallavicina
After four years, the appointment with Salumi da Re returns to be physical and in attendance: the great event-fair organised by Gambero Rosso and the Spigaroli brothers, master pork butchers with a long tradition behind them, is preparing to celebrate its tenth edition with a rich programme of events, tastings and debates. From 21st to 23rd October, the Antica Corte Pallavicina in Polesine Parmense (PR), in the Parma lowlands, will come alive with the largest gathering at national level of pork butchers and charcuterie producers to showcase the best expressions of national charcuterie and open a debate on some hot topics for the entire supply chain. The absolute stars will be quality cured meats, the excellence of Italian tradition, together with many novelties, starting with the date, October instead of April, as in previous editions, and the return to the long-awaited live formula.
