The certification that guarantees Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale PGI meat is synonymous with quality, typicality and territoriality. This was reiterated by the 'Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale PGI' Protection Consortium on the occasion of the 7th Anti-Counterfeiting Week promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development until today, Friday 7 October. The initiative was carried out with the communication campaign 'Buying fake products is never a good deal' and the hashtag #prodottifalsidanniveri to make everyone aware of the serious damage that buying fake products, including agri-foodstuffs threatened by Italian Sounding, can cause to consumer health and the Italian economy.
