The Board of Directors of the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is therefore composed for the next three years, in addition to Enrico Corsini, of Leonardo Giacobazzi (vice-president) and the following councillors: Cesare Mazzetti, Massimo Malpighi, Mirco Casari, Ilaria Tirelli, Giovanna Ferrari Amorotti, Maurizio Fini and Michele Montanari.
«I would like to thank all the councillors and members — Corsini said — for the contribution that each of them has made to the Consortium, and the Council's confirmation of trust in my presidency is a token of esteem that I greatly appreciate.
