Ein Prosit, with its constant and growing appeal, is by now one of the symbolic events of food and wine in Italy and the rest of the world. For the third year, the event — in its 23rd edition — will take place in the centre of Udine, from 19 to 24 October, with a packed calendar of appointments, more than 120, to discover the best chefs, dishes, products and wines and pairings. The 2022 edition is a special one, which intends to relaunch, at a very delicate time, Italian products in the world, but also the cuisine of the world's best chefs in combination with the wines of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
Dabiz Munoz, Massimo Bottura, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Zaiyu Hasegawa, Niko Romito , Diego Rossi, Alex Atala, Riccardo Camanini, Emanuele Scarello, Matteo Metullio, Moreno Cedroni, Mauro Uliassi, Floriano Pellegrino, Christophe Pelè, Norbert Niedlerkofler, Matias Perdomo are just some of the 72 chefs present
The themes of the 2022 edition are rebirth and white wines.
