The assembly of the members of the Consortium of Tuscan Ham renewed the social offices. Fabio Viani was reconfirmed as president for the third consecutive term. «I am honoured by the trust shown to me by my councillors» commented President Viani. «This is my third consecutive term, the first appointment dates back to 2019 and since then a series of events have taken place that have weighed on our companies. Covid, rising energy costs, inflation and in the last two years the PSA have led our producers to move in an often uncertain and unstable scenario. In fact, what concerns companies most today is the uncertainty they find in the market in terms of raw material availability and prices. Bringing companies back into a more stable context would allow them to work with more tranquillity and momentum towards the future.
