Cuneo’s PDO excellence took centre stage at the four-day TuttoFood Milano 2026 event
Crudo di Cuneo PDO attracted considerable interest and received significant recognition during its participation at TuttoFood Milano 2026, the leading B2B trade fair for the agri-food sector, which took place from 11 to 14 May at the Milan exhibition centre. During the event, the stand of the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Crudo di Cuneo welcomed a visit from the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, who tasted and appreciated the Crudo di Cuneo PDO, focusing on its unique production methods and strong ties to the Piedmont region. Also present were the Piedmont Regional Councillor for Agriculture, Paolo Bongioanni, and the executive Paolo Balocco, who visited the Consortium’s exhibition space, confirming the Region’s commitment to the area’s agri-food excellence.
During the four days of the fair, Crudo di Cuneo PDO took centre stage at numerous tastings for industry professionals, international buyers and distributors, who were able to appreciate its organoleptic characteristics and artisanal quality, both when cut by hand and using a slicer.
