Export of cured meats to France: first six months +11% in quantity and +15.7% in value
The European Programme “Let’s EAT - European Authentic Taste”, led and implemented by IVSI - Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani together with the Greek fruit association ASIAC (Association of Imathia’s Agricultural Cooperatives), with a three-year duration (2021-2024), is in the midst of its second year's activities. In fact, from 15 to 19 October, it will participate in the SIAL fair, the International Food Exhibition that brings together all the operators of the agri-food industry, with a customised stand - Hall 6, Stand A124 - dedicated entirely to the promotion and valorisation of Italian cured meats and Greek fruit. The fair will be held in Paris at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord, 82 Avenue des Nations, Villepinte.
Visitors who come to the Let’s EAT stand will not only have the opportunity to learn more about the quality of these products, thanks to the presence of experts, but also to taste them in tasty combinations, as well as to receive promotional material of the campaign, including the Album realised in collaboration with Panini Editore, which collects information and curiosities about the project and the four Ambassadors of the programme in a fun way.
