The Prosciutto di Carpegna DOP Consortium is among the 32 certified excellences from the Marche region that will be the protagonists of the Sol&Agrifood Exhibition, in Verona from 2 to 5 April, within the stand of Food Brand Marche, the Association for the promotion and valorisation of the Region's food and wine heritage.
Prosciutto di Carpegna PDO, in fact, is a historic excellence in the gastronomic panorama of the Marche region and the entire national territory and is also highly appreciated abroad. With good reason, the Consortium returns, after its presence in 2022, to this important exhibition aimed at operators in the food sector, and which flanks Vinitaly, Italy's main wine event. The scenery will therefore be great and there will be many professionals working in the food and wine sector who will be able to appreciate, thanks to the tastings organised for the event, the unique, sweet-savoury flavour that is released with every slice, the slightly amber colour and the unmistakable softness when cut.
