‘The Right Cut’: a podcast about the world of pork and cured meats by ASSICA

From today, the first two episodes available on all major audio streaming services

As of today, 12 March, ‘Il Taglio Giusto’ (The Right Cut) is ‘on air’, the new ten-episode podcast produced by ASSICA (Association of Meat and Cured Meat Industries) in collaboration with ONEPODCAST (GEDI Group - La Repubblica), as part of the Trust Your Taste, Choose European Quality European campaign, co-financed by the European Union.

It is a real journey to discover the Italian pork and cured meat sector, between tradition, quality, sustainability and scientific truths.
