The hams will season at the Stagionatura Marchisio di Lurisia, once home to the Grand Hotel Radium. The structure, renovated by the Marchisio family, was inaugurated today - Friday 22 September, ed. - in the presence of the top management of the company and of the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Cuneo Raw Meat. With the entry of the new member into the Consortium, the annual production of PDO Cuneo raw ham will be around 17 thousand legs during 2023.
