National review of the best mountain cheeses
MADE IN MALGA '23 opens today, in Asiago (VI) the 11th edition is starting where more than 100,000 enthusiasts from all over Italy are expected to taste and buy cheeses produced at high altitudes. There are more than 100 exhibitors, coming from the Italian mountains, the real protagonists of the market exhibition that will take place in the streets of the city centre.
Many appointments distributed over the two weekends: Masterclasses, guided tastings with mountain cheeses and extreme wines, excursions to alpine pastures, artisan workshops for children and film screenings. For moments of refreshment in Piazza Carli there is the Asiago Bistrot with dishes based on Asiago cheese. At the same time, the Mountain Craft Beer Festival.
