The Consorzio di Tutela e Promozione del Crudo di Cuneo (Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Cuneo Crudo) is once again a protagonist within the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, embellishing the cooking shows with great chefs inside the Beppe Fenoglio Hall with its PDO. In the 38 planned live events, Crudo di Cuneo PDO ham is served as a welcome entrée, together with a glass of Alta Langa DOCG, prepared thanks to the collaboration of the young students of Alba Accademia Alberghiera and the big names of national and international cuisine.
The Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Crudo di Cuneo is also the main sponsor of the Fair. In addition, this weekend, Oct. 14 and 15, and next weekend, Oct. 21 and 22, visitors will be able to taste and purchase Crudo di Cuneo PDO at the Carni Dock stand in Lagnasco’s Maddalena courtyard (Via Vittorio Emanuele II). The ham tasting and sale will take place during the opening hours of the Fair, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
