Cold cuts and pork featured for ASSICA with Trust Your Taste

In February, ASSICA's 'Trust Your Taste - Choose European Quality' project will provide consumers with information, gadgets and a digital recipe book in around 70 shops and shops in 15 cities across Italy

From today, about 70 Italian butchers and charcutiers, from Turin to Palermo, will wear the 'uniform' of 'Trust Your Taste, Choose European Quality' to act as spokesmen and guarantors of the exceptional quality of cured meats and pork. In the shop, in addition to their precious advice, consumers will be offered in-depth materials, gadgets and a digital recipe book with tasty and waste-conscious proposals.

The point-of-sale campaign returns renewed after the success of past editions, with numbers continuing to grow: 50 shops and 30,000 consumers involved in 2022, 65 shops and 40,000 in 2023. The initiative is promoted by ASSICA (Associazione Industriali delle Carni e dei Salumi) within the project www.trustyourtaste.eu. On the website you can find the complete list of the realities that have adhered, distributed in as many as 15 cities throughout Italy, including the islands. The campaign will continue until 29 February.
