For three days, the historical centre of Cagli will become a true stage dedicated to gastronomic excellence, offering visitors a rich programme of events, tasting routes, educational moments and cultural initiatives
Not only wine: Slow Wine Fair 2025 — at BolognaFiere, in conjunction with SANA Food, until tomorrow, Tuesday 25 February — was the occasion to tell about the upcoming events in the world of the Snail that celebrate good, clean and fair food. This is the case of Distinti Salumi, the event in the city of Cagli (PU) organised in collaboration with Slow Food Italy and Slow Food Marche, which will bring together the best artisan pork products in the city's historic centre from 25 to 27 April.
«We are proud to announce that our city will once again host Distinti Salumi, a highly prestigious event that celebrates the tradition of quality pork products» said the mayor of Cagli Alberto Alessandri. «Distinti Salumi is not only a showcase of excellence, but also a flywheel for our local economy. By actively involving operators in the sector and the economic and social realities of the area, this event contributes to the promotion of our Municipality and the relaunch of food and wine tourism.
