The international event returns to closely follow the sustainable quality food market
AquaFarm, the international exhibition and conference dedicated to aquaculture, sustainable fishing and algae production, is revising its scope for its ninth edition, scheduled for 18 and 19 February at the Pordenone Exhibition Centre.
The large international exhibition area, which is almost sold out, will showcase all the best innovations and new-generation solutions in the sector. The area dedicated to universities and research centres, with the opportunity to display scientific posters, and the AquaFarm Arena, an “open” room for the “continuous cycle” presentation of funded research projects and self-managed workshops by companies and associations, are two of the fair's strong points, along with the Arena show cooking area where visitors can taste the best of Italian produce. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry has renewed its support, recognising the unique role of the event.
