Alliance between the Veneto Region, the Lombardy Region, and the Province of Trento
The fish community of Lake Garda is once again the focus of scientific and institutional attention. By resolution of the Regional Council, at the recommendation of Regional Fisheries Councillor Cristiano Corazzari, the Veneto Region approved the interinstitutional agreement with the Lombardy Region, the Autonomous Province of Trento, and the Department of Theoretical and Applied Sciences of the University of Insubria for the implementation of the project: "Survey of the State of the Fish Community of Lake Garda for the Purposes of Sustainable Management of Fishing Activities." The survey, which will last 30 months, has a total cost of €570,000; the Veneto Region will provide €266,000 from the PN Feampa 2021-2027 resources, as well as €20,000 for personnel expenses and communication activities.
