The 'Fish Production Unit' project conceived by Confcooperative FVG with EU support of € 570,000 has started
Create a series of submerged artificial islands to support the regional fishing sector and increase marine biodiversity. this is the objective of the "fish production unit" project conceived by Confcooperative Friuli Venezia Giulia: the project makes use of European support of 570,000 euros and is currently underway. For the moment, the laying of some underwater structures has been activated at a depth of 10 metres, about three kilometers off the coast of Lignano Sabbiadoro, to offer shelter and life to fish, molluscs and crustaceans from the Upper Adriatic.
