On the occasion of the annual seminar on Norwegian salmon organized by the Norwegian Seafood Council - held on Thursday 11 May 2023 at the Palazzo Stelline in Milan - with an initial greeting by the first secretary of the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Martin Andestad, in the presence of industry representatives , of the retail and horeca sector of the fish market, the market trends of 2022, the consumption and sales of salmon in Italy were illustrated, with a look at the future scenarios of the sector and the new habits of Italian consumers.
