All set for the Barbera Fish Festival

Scheduled in Agliano Terme from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October

Among the vineyards of Asti, where the grape harvest has begun, the original meeting between Barbera d'Asti and Norwegian cod is about to be celebrated again. The countdown has begun for the sixth edition of the Barbera Fish Festival, scheduled in Agliano Terme (AT) from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October.
The biennial event celebrates ten years since the first edition in 2014. Guests of the 2024 edition are chef Ivano Ricchebono (The Cook restaurant in Genoa, 1 Michelin Star) and the chefs of the Norwegian Culinary Teams: director Espen Wasenius,
team manager Gunnar Hvarnes (bronze medal at the Bocuse d'Or 2011), Sebastian
Myhre, captain of the Senior team (Stallen restaurant in Oslo, 1 Michelin Star and 1 Green Michelin Star), Inger Renate Østmo, captain of the Community Catering team and Grethe W. Rafaelsen, member of the Community Catering Team.
