Mixtures, recombinations and contaminations determine a continuous dialogue between knowledge causing accelerations, slowdowns and deviations that are difficult to predict but very often positive. It is on these phenomena that the eighth edition of the Food&Science Festival, in Mantua from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 May, dedicated to the Interweaving of food, science, agriculture, technology, environment and health, reflects. Promoted by Confagricoltura Mantova, conceived by Frame - Divagazioni scientifiche and organised by Mantova Agricola, the Festival returns to dialogue with its audience by calling together scientists, popularisers, academics and experts from the national and international scientific and cultural scene to try and imagine our future, starting from food.
