Coldiretti: opposition to cell-based foods extends from Italy to foreign countries
“The World Farmers' Organization (WFO) rejects any attempt to replace food obtained through the work of farmers with laboratory products and thus amplify the problems of concentrations along the food chain, diminishing the work of farmers and pushing consumers towards a homogenizing food model that does not value the tradition, diversity, richness, quality and specificity of every area of our planet": this is what we read in the document approved by the General Assembly of the WFO which was held in South Africa . It is - reports Coldiretti - the Organization that brings together farmers' associations and farmers' cooperatives on all continents, from Asia to Oceania, from Africa to America to Europe.
