Uspide Food promotes tasting and insists: 'Freedom to choose what you put on your plate'
In Florida, the ban on the production and trade of lab-grown meat will come into force next week. Taking advantage of the last days of 'freedom', Californian Upside Food organised a tasting of artificial food in Miami's chicest neighbourhood. "This is delicious meat," said Upside Foods CEO and founder Uma Valeti, "and we fundamentally believe that people should have the choice of what they put on their plate."
