European Commission extends derogation after adoption of Management Plan

Yes to fishing for lipstick in Tuscany. The European Commission has extended the derogation from the Council Regulation concerning the minimum distance and depth from the coast for boat seines used for fishing for Aphia minuta, or lipstick, in the territorial waters of Tuscany and Liguria.
