An excellence of the Abruzzese sea among the protagonists of Italian gastronomic luxury
From 9 to 12 November, the Abruzzo Region will be among the protagonists of FIET 2024 in Venice, a prestigious international showcase dedicated to Italian food and wine excellence and luxury tourism. At the centre of Abruzzo's participation will be the Cozza dei Trabocchi, a unique and prized product that originates along the Costa dei Trabocchi, one of the most fascinating areas of the Adriatic coastline. Thanks to the particular characteristics of the territory and the uncontaminated waters of the Abruzzo coast, the Cozza dei Trabocchi is distinguished by its rich flavour and quality guaranteed by rigorous controls throughout the entire production cycle.
