From 29 March to 1 April, Brescia, capital of the art of barbecue for professionals and enthusiasts
Brescia is ready to become the capital of outdoor cooking with BBQ Expo 2025, a unique exhibition of its kind in Italy, where the tradition of fire meets contemporary design and cutting-edge technologies.
It will begin on Saturday 29 March at the Brixia Forum with the ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 10.30 a.m., where Mauro Grandi, Director of Area Fiera srl, the event's organising company, Stefano Boni, General Manager of Confesercenti of East Lombardy, and Roberto Zini, President of ProBrixia, will take the floor.
