Training course for breeders and operators in the beef sector launched
Food safety and the quality of meat that reaches consumers' tables cannot be separated from the health and welfare of the animals from which it is derived. For Assocarni this is a priority issue: and for this reason, the Association has decided to directly involve breeders in a process of training and information on how to prevent animal diseases, how to protect their welfare, which essential tools to use to reduce antibiotic consumption and the fight against antimicrobial resistance
Assocarni, the first and only supply chain association, has taken it upon itself to organise, through Food&Health Consulting, a training course for its member breeders and for those who deliver cattle to slaughtering-processing companies belonging to the Assocarni circuit.
