Grapes return to our tables in September
Autumn is coming and with it the grapes are back on the table, the September fruit par excellence, which closes the summer with its sweetness and gladdens the palates to face the first cold with taste and lightness. HAPO - Hellenic Aquaculture Producers Organization, the main promoter of Greek aquaculture and creator of the collective brand Fish from Greece, offers its seasonal recipe: sea bass with mashed potatoes, olives and grapes by chef Dina Nikolaou in collaboration with the dietician Dr Dimitris Grigorakis. September is a bit like January: it is the month of good intentions and, among these, you cannot miss eating healthier and doing more sport.
