Salame Felino and Coppa di Parma double their presence at Tramonto DiVino

Salame Felino and Coppa di Parma double their presence at Tramonto DiVino, taking part in two stages of the 2024 edition: 26 July in Riccione and 2 August in Cesenatico.

The two Parma Cups will therefore be at “Tramonto DiVino in Villa” on 26 July with a special setting in the park of Villa Mussolini between the city centre and the sea. The following week, i.e. Friday 2 August, the Consortia of Coppa di Parma IGP and Salame Felino IGP will move to Cesenatico for one of the historic stages of “Tramonto DiVino” scheduled in Piazza Spose Marinai, with a dedicated tasting enriched by the presence of the CheftoChef association.

In the meantime, the two Consortia continue to record positive production figures, after a 2023 closed with a turnover of 87 million euro for Salame Felino and 73 for Coppa di Parma. In the first case, the share of final labelled product is up by 4.5% compared to 2023, according to the latest figures released in May. Numbers are even more important for Coppa di Parma, which is already close to one million kilograms destined for labelling (i.e. suitable for direct sale/trading/slicing), with a growth of 14% compared to the first 5 months of last year.
