Mytiliculture: Unci AgroAlimentare calls for a state of calamity

According to President Scognamiglio, the sector should access the Climate Risk Fund

‘Shellfish farms are experiencing a real systemic crisis. What is affecting the sector is not only the presence of a voracious and invasive species like the blue crab in the sea, but also climate change, which is decimating production and risks compromising it for a long time to come'. Launching the alarm is Gennaro Scognamiglio, national president of Unci AgroAlimentare.
