ASSICA launches debate on the future of Italian charcuterie

From Psa to rising costs: on 9 May, wide-ranging discussion among industry players

The Associazione Industriali delle Carni e dei Salumi (ASSICA), a member of Confindustria (Confederation of Italian Industry), is organising a conference for companies in the sector and all operators attending the event during the next edition of Cibus - International Food Exhibition in Parma (7-10 May 2024). The meeting aims to provide a detailed analysis of the current situation of the Italian delicatessen industry, the international economic scenario, the evolution of financial markets and consumption data.

The appointment with the conference 'Italian Salumeria, the challenges for the future, between the uncertainties of international trade and rising production costs' is for 9 May at 2.30 p.m. in the Plenary Hall.
