A taste of the 800 wineries present at BolognaFiere from 25 to 27 February
Not just conferences, masterclasses and great wines: Slow Wine Fair 2024, at BolognaFiere from 25 to 27 February, is above all an opportunity to meet winemakers from all regions of Italy, and many other countries, and to taste their wines: not just good to drink, but also an expression of values such as the protection of biodiversity, the defence of the agricultural landscape and the safeguarding of resources.
Among the exhibitors who have confirmed their presence at the third edition of Slow Wine Fair are the producers of the Slow Wine Coalition, promoters of the principles of the Slow Food Manifesto for good, clean and fair wine.
At BolognaFiere they are meeting together to address the debate on soil fertility and the climate crisis, to exchange ideas and good production practices and to be spokespeople for the needs of those who work in respect of the land and farming communities.
