La Spezia is the birthplace of Italia Oyster Fest, the Italian festival dedicated to the oyster, sustainable, delicious, for everyone, which for the 2024 edition will take place from 10 to 12 May.
The Festival will feature a rich programme of events from in-depth conferences at the Cruise Terminal to tastings of Italian oysters (and more!) paired with local wines, Oyster Talks and starred chefs, in-depth discussions on the sector, and workshops for children.
Admission to the event is free. The workshops are free of charge and free while places last.
