The House of Biodiversity returns to Cheese 2023

Conferences, tastings and evening screenings, 15-18 September in Bra (Cn)

The stable meadows, the survival of small-scale cheese makers between rules designed for intensive farming and difficulty in accessing pastures, the mountain regenerated by the communities that live there and the climate crisis that determines changes with a social and economic impact, as well as environmental. These are some of the topics covered by experts and researchers, veterinarians and shepherds who take part in the conferences hosted in the House of Biodiversity of Cheese, the international event dedicated to raw milk cheeses organized by the City of Bra and Slow Food, from 15 to 18 September. Historic space for reflections, set up with the support of Reale Mutua, main partner of Cheese 2023 and official supporter of Slow Food Italia since 2018, hosts a rich program of events: debates on the main issues of the dairy sector, tastings led by producers and evening screenings of Cheese on the screen.
