Roman debut for travelling tastings that will stop in major Italian cities

Next Monday "Aria di San Daniele" starts again, the tour of the prized Friulian salami in the main Italian cities. A unique opportunity to learn about the distinctive characteristics and qualities that lie in every slice of San Daniele Ham. All guests of the premises will be offered a tasting of ham sliced by machine and with a knife by the expert cutters of the Consortium for the protection of the Friulian DOP.
The tour will start in Rome on Monday 18 September and will continue throughout the autumn. The debut is scheduled for 6.30pm at ViVi - Le Serre, in via Decio Filipponi 1. Further tastings in the capital are scheduled for the following ten days on the following dates and in the following venues: Tuesday 19th at Städlin in via Antonio Pacinotti 83; Wednesday 20th at L'Angolo Divino in via dei Balestrari 12-2pm; Tuesday 26 September in Heco, in the Eur district, in viale dell'Arte 5 (Eur); Wednesday 27th at The Apartment Bar in via dei Marrucini 1; Thursday 28th, at Heco in via Portuense 47 (Trastevere).
The tour will continue in Naples (8-11 October), Catania (15-18 October), Bari (23-26 October), Milan (5-7/12-14 November), Turin (20-22/26-28 November ), to close in Brescia (3-6 December). All updates on the Aria di San Daniele stage calendar are available on the Prosciutto di San Daniele website.
