The 33rd edition of the guide introduces a new award and two symbols to describe the offer of the reviewed establishments in greater detail. The many new features reported confirm the solidity of the osteria model, chosen by young chefs and entrepreneurs for their new openings
1. 730 osterie, agriturismi, wine bars with a kitchen and recommended restaurants; more than 240 collaborators scattered all over Italy; 139 new entries; 270 establishments awarded the Chiocciola for their excellent proposal and for the environment, cuisine and welcome in tune with Slow Food; 126 establishments awarded the Bere Bene, a new recognition for the careful selection of beverages: craft beers, juices, infusions, cocktails and spirits; 450 establishments awarded with the Bottiglia for their careful selection of wines: the 33rd edition of Osterie d'Italia is available in all bookshops and on Slow Food Editore’s online store from 26 October.
