The event dedicated to the knowledge and flavours of the Emilia-Romagna coast lands in Bologna
An entire weekend aimed at promoting and enhancing Emilia-Romagna fish products, but also at raising awareness among the Bolognese public towards respect for the sea, will be held on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October in Piazza Lucio Dalla, from morning to evening, as part of the Dimondi initiatives.
Inspired by Lucio Dalla, who produced highly successful songs on the sea and with the sea, the event sees the marineries of the Emilia-Romagna coast (Goro, Porto Garibaldi, Marina di Ravenna, Cervia, Cesenatico, Bellaria-Igea Marina, Rimini, Riccione and Cattolica) land in Bologna with fishermen and their excellent seafood products.
The 'How Deep is the Sea' event encompasses many activities, meetings, workshops, round tables discussing the various aspects and peculiarities that distinguish the nine coastal marinas, as well as show cooking dedicated to products of excellence and with some innovative elements linked to the alien species present in the Adriatic (first and foremost the Blue Crab), and also performances, shows, and concerts.
