The new format on healthy food for Horeca and specialised retail
The new SANA Food concept, conceived by BolognaFiere to evolve the historic SANA into an event specialising in the topics of healthy eating outside the home, is approaching its inauguration on 23 February 2025 with an even stronger identity.
Among the elements that characterise SANA Food is the concomitance with the fourth edition of Slow Wine Fair, the fair of good, clean and fair wine that BolognaFiere organises under the artistic direction of Slow Food.
A contemporaneity motivated by the common underlying inspiration and sharing of visitors from the Horeca world.
